QUOTE(Lineage @ May 10 2015, 08:12 PM) I switched from Hotlink to Celcom around 1 week ago.. For what i'm notice that Celcom line switch between 3G,H and 4G quite frequently. Previously using Hotlink, if got 4G mean it will stay there..if no 4G, it will be H all the way until I move to another place.. For the indoor signal, no comment for Celcom, as its very subjective. I noticed few places that I visited, outdoor working fine, got H..but when go indoor, straight no signal.. Overall, I'm satisfied with the plan although frequently switch between 3G/H/4G and some places no signal, but for the price and the offer 3GB+50mins+50SMS..I feel worth it and its the best plan so far.. Does it fall back to EDGE 2G frequently? If no should be ok (my phone only up to have ) Btw, You're from klang valley right? This post has been edited by polarzbearz: May 10 2015, 08:23 PM

QUOTE(Lineage @ May 7 2015, 09:22 PM) From what I asked in Bluecube, 3GB Data +3GB Wifi promotion registration should be until end of this month..and the package(3GB Data +3GB Wifi) is valid for 6 months.. After that this plan will back to 2GB.. QUOTE(Dozz @ May 8 2015, 02:21 PM) I called to Celcom Customer Service just now to enquiry about the First Basic 38 3GB data promotion. The CS confirmed we will always have 3GB month as long as we keep the line active. Which one is correct?

Yeap..Klang valley..main city.. QUOTE(bingozero @ May 10 2015, 08:51 PM) So far have no clear statement from Celcom..whether it will back to 2GB or not..but who care? Enjoy first..no contract..if really after 6 months no more 3GB, switch to better plan..U wont stay at 1 plan forever right?

" This is what stated in celcom website under First Basic 38 plan yup according to their pricing team this is the truth, since postpaid they can't simply change the offer like prepaid the limited promotion period ends on 31th May (rumor), 30 June (celcom staff prediction)

For ppl who use postpaid for a long time, what is that mean? unbilled = charges (occurred) but not yet billed. it will be "converted" to billed amount once next statement is out.
