Don't trust celcom website for LTE coverage, I think they only update once a year. By now, their LTE coverage is far superior than Maxis, even kampung area also got LTE where other telco still strugging to have 3G.

You can check using sensorly app or website for coverage.

Yes, already did mine. But it took longer compared to when I MNP Hotlink to Basic38.

Mine already more than 4 days, not yet done porting from hotlink, really slow.

Did you receive porting confirmation sms from Maxis? The one with Y or N one, if didn't receive after Celcom sms you saying your port request is under process by your current operator bla bla bla, then you need to send Y to 23400 now, you should receive a sms from Maxis saying thank you for your confirmation, after this the MNP only will go through.

There are many complaints about not receiving the porting request confirmation sms from Maxis, either Maxis don't want send it out purposely or the sms gone into loophole, then the MNP will fail because they say no reply from you.

Always check sms from maxis/hotlink about mnp update

mine take around 2 working day from hotlink to celcom basic 38...

1st know hotlink so troublesome, my housemate umobile 2hours done

Since last tuesday, today ngam ngam 1 week.

Already received porting successful message from Celcom on sat and the sms say sim card will be activated within 2 days, it's roughly 54 hours now so I will give them a call soon if my sim card is still not getting activated today.

The sms is auto generated one so I think all people who port from Maxis will get the same message, I had 2 friends ported from u mobile and they did not receive the message, plug in sim card and can use straight away.

I tested the celcom sim card, already got signal but cannot receive incoming call yet, have to wait Maxis deactivate my sim card first.

Just went to a Blue Cube to change to this plan from UPAX...damn I kena RM10 fee to get a new sim card.. he said dealer charge for new sim, celcom center do not charge.

Thinking of subscribing this plan. In celcom website the small print is this:
From my understanding, if we sign up within the promotion period, we will get the 3GB forever.. or until Celcom change their mind.

Anybody can confirm?

Okay... But that is really not reflecting the statement in the FAQ section... No mention of 6 months whatsoever. 

lol. celcom has changed that a few times already since the introduction of the plan. who knows what will happen next

Regarding the 3GB + 3GB WiFi offer, celcom's customer service said it should be like that as long as we're active with the plan.
