Anyone facing problem sending SMS to international number? All of the 3 Basic 38 plan that I have cannot send SMS to international number. 2MNP and another 1 change from celcom legacy plan to the basic 38

Celcom Basic 38 plan previously I asked Bluecube, the staff there said unused data only can carry forward max 1GB to next month..I would like to correct this info to all the users here..
My previous month data left 2.06GB and its fully carry forward to this month, and this month my total data can be use is 5.06GB.. |

This thread is hot lately n I suppose Basic38 is value4money package? If I were to do a MNP, do I need to subsequently inform banks or others(emails) about change of mobile operator? I gather the answer is NO since phone number not changed but I just want to make sure b4 doing MNP. TIA.

take with contract (24months) +free phone, i think it is samsung galaxy V, have upfront payment and will be rebate back, that y rm28/m for 10month only, after that return to rm38. original package price is rm38. but the data 3GB mobile + 3GB wifi (not important) is forever.
