I think you should ask your seller whether they sell Early Access code or not, as Pre-order is automatically included with Early Access code, based on my experience with my Early Access code.

From what I read, if you bought a
(1) pre-order code, you need to activate the code to get Early Access code, then register the Early Access code on mog station to redeem pre-order items.
(2) Early Access code, you can directly register it on mog station to redeem pre-order items.

Thank for the suggestion, I haven't try out the GH and will give them a try.

I am not fan of PA with my previous purchase experience with them, so I won't consider it for any new game purchase (with an exception on their weekly promotion )

I didn't ask the sellers directly if they are selling the early access code or not, but they did respond they only sell the physical copy. So I believe they are not doing so as they never offer me the option if I want to buy the early access code or not

I think most of our local reseller doesn't have the pre-order or early access code since they are doing parallel import. It's easier to get digital copy instead of physical since for physical you would need to order from places like Amazon or SE themselves if you want the pre-order and early access.

Anyway registered my code from GMG, now just waiting for pre-order to be up on PSN so I can get the PS4 version.

Thoughts on Kinguin? I heard some of the keys may not be legit. Anyone have any reliable sellers? I was considering offgamers, but it's RM 142...

I'm kinda lean towards to buy from kinguin, since it is VPN free. But i need to clear few more things up before proceed.

1. Did they post-mail you the codes or e-mail, how long did it took?

2. Is Heavensward including any game play times (subscription)?

3. You mention about pre-order items but not CE in-game items, so you bought standard version? Let say if I buy CE version, will Mog Station show me that I'll get the CE in-game items in the future as well?

4. How do I check the code that i register to Mog Station is CE or standard version.

2. Heavensward code is only to upgrade A Realm Reborn account. No free time is given, unless you buy the bundle pack (A Realm Reborn+Heavensward), I heard so.

3. Yes, mine is standard digital. This is what I see in Mog station. Under "Your Account", I click on "View additional items". I can see a list of items, including "FFXIV: Heavensward - Pre-oder Bonus Items". I believe if you register CE code, you will have extra reward(s), stated in the next line in the list.

4. For my digital standard (pre-order), it's listed as "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows®" under "Your account". I have no idea how different the wordings are for CE. Need Heavensward CE players to clarify.

bought mine from kinguin's gamekeyz. Registered at Mog Station, everything is ok so far. Just noticed kinguin is HK based, maybe that is the reason MY's banks will mostly accepted. Mine is 5x4 code.
