Only place we can PO for EU version is from Qisahn at the moment, since SE EU store doesn't allow us to buy from them.

NA seems to work fine for SEA region though as one of my static member bought his from SE NA store.
EU nope, straight up and tell you that you are not within the supported region or whatever. |

In the age of digital gaming it's really sad that this is still a problem for such a big company.
We don't even need a distribution center for Asia, just allow us to purchase from their website. I still don't get the EU restriction though and what problem it will cause by allowing customer from other countries to buy from them. |

Both NA and EU version in greenmangaming is the same, and you get 25% discount code they give you, well I got mine in my e-mail.
You only get the Early Access code now, pre-order code will be later it seems |

QUOTE(kurogane @ Mar 20 2015, 01:05 AM) About this email, do you only get it if ur account is sign up for promotion mailer? I don't see any for mine. Hmm yeah I think so, I have always receive email from them with discount code, must have sign up for it when I got ARR last time. When I loaded the Heavensward CE page at greenmangaming it did pop-up a discount code window, so the discount might be available for anyone buying Heavensward from them. |

QUOTE(Vickyle @ Mar 20 2015, 09:15 AM) Wah, you don't sleep? It says closer to launch date which is June 23, just means we can register before the launch date and get early accessAccording to Letter from the Producer LIVE - Special Edition Digest , Quoted under digital download, "An Early Access code will be emailed to you, but cannot be registered on the Mog Station until closer to the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward on June 23, 2015." Feel so weird that it uses the launch date and not June 19, 2015 (early access date). Do you think digital download access starts on Jun23,2015? QUOTE(shojikun @ Mar 20 2015, 09:49 AM) |

I used my existing GMG account that was created when I bought ARR. I just turn on HOLA to access Heavensward page, add to cart. I did turn off HOLA when i enter my CC detail though, no problem paying with it.

What happen on mine was my account was created without HOLA.
1. Go to GMG page 2. Turn on HOLA and search for Heavensward 3. Select the version I want to buy 4. Checkout 5. Add in voucher 6. Proceed to payment 7. Turn of HOLA 8. Enter CC details 9. Confirm payment and it's done @luna, the NA version would have the word (NA) behind the game title, EU version doesn't have that, you will only see the game title. |

Official reply from SE
QUOTE We apologise for the time it took us to get an update for those of you unable to purchase Heavensward from the European Square Enix Online Store. Unfortunately, due to territory sales and logistical restrictions the Square Enix Online Stores are unable to serve certain South East Asian territories. Specifically these restrictions relate to the sale of certain goods, transport, customs, and licensing, which is why there are a multitude of import stores specialising in these affected territories. In order to purchase Heavensward we advise customers to connect with their local import retail stores. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. So yeah, better start looking for Heavensward else where |

I think most of our local reseller doesn't have the pre-order or early access code since they are doing parallel import. It's easier to get digital copy instead of physical since for physical you would need to order from places like Amazon or SE themselves if you want the pre-order and early access.
Anyway registered my code from GMG, now just waiting for pre-order to be up on PSN so I can get the PS4 version. |

The disc is the launcher only I think, well not sure for PC since PC I got the digital one, only my PS4 is the disc, for PS4 there is some installation before it downloads, so maybe base game or something in there, not sure. I remember when I set it up on PS4 it took a while then only it start to download about 6GB worth of files.
"Steam wallet" means steam game, those of us that are not on Steam doesn't have that option. WIN only denote the platform, so you can have PS3, PS4, WIN. It's quite suck that anyone that got the Steam version can only buy from Steam. |

QUOTE(claudetan @ May 26 2015, 03:22 PM) It too late when i finf out >.< i edi bought the normal pre order license. Yeah I got mine quite early from GMG, now I am just waiting to get one for PS4Have you get your heavensward license yet? if not i can sell my license to you. The Steam and non-steam was quite confusing, there were even complains in the official forum about it due to how limiting the steam license is. |

Expansion doesn't come with 30 days game time, only new game does. You need to login to download the patch so yes sub is required.
First patch is 4gb probably for launcher update, etc, once done close and launch it again to download the rest of the patch which is another 4gb |
