2. Heavensward code is only to upgrade A Realm Reborn account. No free time is given, unless you buy the bundle pack (A Realm Reborn+Heavensward), I heard so.

3. Yes, mine is standard digital. This is what I see in Mog station. Under "Your Account", I click on "View additional items". I can see a list of items, including "FFXIV: Heavensward - Pre-oder Bonus Items". I believe if you register CE code, you will have extra reward(s), stated in the next line in the list.

4. For my digital standard (pre-order), it's listed as "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows®" under "Your account".  I have no idea how different the wordings are for CE. Need Heavensward CE players to clarify.

The normal one doesn't have the word STEAM on it?

The disc is the launcher only I think, well not sure for PC since PC I got the digital one, only my PS4 is the disc, for PS4 there is some installation before it downloads, so maybe base game or something in there, not sure. I remember when I set it up on PS4 it took a while then only it start to download about 6GB worth of files.

"Steam wallet" means steam game, those of us that are not on Steam doesn't have that option. WIN only denote the platform, so you can have PS3, PS4, WIN. It's quite suck that anyone that got the Steam version can only buy from Steam.
