If browse GMG using Hola / Zenmate (Europe IP) the Heavansward will be in europe version ?

There's only 3 regions available.
JPN , NA and EU.

As long as the site stated that it's a EU copy, it'll be under EU region.
The difference between in these 3 region is the available payment method.
3 regions has different payment method especially JPN.

but i went to GMG and see using hola /zenmate the heavensward dint stated which region altough the payment is count in EURO so im not sure

it depend on what country you go in as.

and for GMG they have both version, only NA version will have a tag beside it eg. Final Fantasy XIV (NA).

so for EU version from GMG will not have Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward (EU) ?

it will be stated as "Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward" only

if its NA will be "Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward (NA)"

you can try to test this your self.

tried to buy from ZenMate+GMG few times but it says my cards cannot be used

Well what currency have you been paying your sub with, because your game region determined the currency you use to pay for your sub.

ahh, i've been using USD.

well that sums up it, but to be very sure, go to Mog Station, under account, there should be update account information etc. it will ask your Birth Date that you register, this is very important thing incase you go put random stuff.

Happen a lot of time ppl put in fake birth dates and cannot remember, then when ask for support, they can't answer this.
