Android doesn't have the delay. QUOTE(ChaNzy @ Mar 24 2015, 06:30 PM) the small sticker should be your service card. Does it state "Apple Malaysia Service Card"? yes, I have the sticker, what I meant was, previously telco used to give us physical card as the warranty card but start with iphone 5s, it has been replaced with small sticker.

Could that be the reason why iPhone has a more power efficient standby mode compared to Android? This post has been edited by attw: Mar 24 2015, 09:48 PM

QUOTE(iArvage @ Mar 24 2015, 05:19 PM) I am. It takes a long time to load one message. And while it's loading it's just frozen there. Not only whatapps , wechat also . And wechat is even more annoying , it needs to stay connected , if not , u will get a notification it's connected . Went crazy trying to figure out cuz my wechat rang and no new messages/moments/new contacts until i finally opened it in time to see " connecting .... connected " and u get a tone for it

So here is my battery usage after fresh restore and set up as new. Btw this is i6+ Charged it full at around 12PM mostly on standby during afternoon and during the night constant whatsapp, wechat and mail checking. Yes it can last a day or two even for days if its on standby mode most of the time but as you guys said we have to utilize the most from our phone. Standby is great only few percent battery drop for hours. But the usage time is very very disappointing, been using the phone mostly for whatsapp and mail checking no games. Idk if 6 hours+ of usage is normal but for me i think its below par for the i6+. Even the smaller i6 can get longer usage time. Any comment or anyone facing the similar issue?

QUOTE(attw @ Mar 24 2015, 09:47 PM) Hmmm... Could that be the reason why iPhone has a more power efficient standby mode compared to Android? I guess this is what makes it power efficient although it's a bit counter productive and redundant.

Hopefully an app update will fix this in the near future.

Unless you're using old phone like iP4s or something, might need feedback first because it's not well optimized, and freaking slow. That happened to my old iPad 2, it's like they ask me to upgrade a new one by making it slower. Your phone brightness? Mines pretty low. That might play a role in why your battery is draining.
