Still a long wait though for September.. Yeah i forgot it's a tradition now that a new one is always released/announced on September. Gotta decide soon.

True that, I forgot about waiting for it to be release in Malaysia.. I remember waiting in line to be the first to own an Iphone 4 in KLCC a few years back

Yeah I know it's kinda late a bit, but I don't think the S version is gonna be much of a difference anyway. Not until 7 comes out

When I was switching and trying Android decided to try Nexus 7 first to see how the ecosystem is and customization. Didn't like it that much compared to iOS. But still ok la compared to Windows Phone.. In the end I go with Windows Phone though.. lol! Since the camera is what is most important that time,

I'm sticking with Maxis. Heard Umobile line coverage still not as good as Maxis or Celcom.

Latest 8.2. For new phones, new update is alright. Unless you're using old phone like iP4s or something, might need feedback first because it's not well optimized, and freaking slow. That happened to my old iPad 2, it's like they ask me to upgrade a new one by making it slower.

Your phone brightness? Mines pretty low. That might play a role in why your battery is draining.

You get additional 3 or was it 6 months warranty on top for your current warranty. Not sure still the same or not, but Maxis does give it, last time I claimed mine. Make sure you backup the data on iTunes before claiming. They'll give you a new iPhone, not change the battery.

Not entirely true though. If there is no refurbished set they will definitely give a brand new one right on the spot, which is my case last time. Refurbished aren't bad as well as they are checked and has new parts in it anyway. Sad thing there is no way of telling if it's new or reburbished set.

For me 10% of battery equals to 1 hour and 30 minutes of heavy usage. Games, browsing and others. I could get around 13-15 hours as well. My bluetooth is always on as well, since I'm using Pebble watch to get push notifications on the phone on the go.

I still testing my iPhone battery as well and keeping a close eye on it. Not gonna charge until it is at 2-3 percent. Gonna see how much usage I can squeeze out of all the battery juice.

Before this the battery life was fine?
Then need to check back in a few months and see how it goes.

I see. That is exactly what i'm trying to avoid right now. I just purchase mine less than a week ago. Having to charge twice a day is really a big issue. Should only need to charge once, and you are good for the whole day.

No such issue yet. Can pull down those notification bar and action center just fine on the home screen.
