football and futsal is a very good sports
but it consumes calories too much
in fact, all cardio sports is
if you can maintain your calorie intake that's not a problem biggrin.gif

you see, our body have its own caloric needs to maintain its current shape
in order to get bigger, you need caloric excess, where's your caloric intake is good enough to maintain its current state AND a lil bit left to repair muscle tissue
(your muscle will tear from weight lifting)

if you in caloric deficit mode
means you eat not enuff calories to maintain current shape
and your body will shrink

im not good in explaining this technical stuff
but this is the rough idea how our body works biggrin.gif

to watch Milos Sarcev's Secret of The Pros dvds
concentrate about the nutritional part
very informative and neat stuff inside

be warn that it is 1:52, nearly two hours only on nutritional parts sweat.gif
and lotsa technical terms too

there's so many bodyweight resistance training
try goggle it, jump squats, pull ups, Hindu push-ups, BW dips to name a few,

oh ya, 1 gram per pound of bodyweight if for 'normal' ppl to survive
for active ppl try 1.5 - 2 grams smile.gif
