try eat 5-6x a day. Each meal must have protein. since you're probably ecto, no need to worry about the carbs or fat contents that much.

u can take any good gainers, read the difference in their ingredients.
my personal choice is Cytogainer, but that just me.
to make sure optimal gain, try take 2 times per day. one after workout, one between meals.

the other stuff solid food, at least 5-6x per day, and train HEAVY compounds, try avoid machines for now
