Jones you have a point there when it comes to gain weight
Just wondering.....what if a skinny(>55kg) guy gain weight first and when he reach his weight around 60kg, can he start to do weight lifting to get the tone on the body, do this theory work?
*
i wonder gain what first you mean?
fat?
lol.....just lift weights from the start
nothing wrong with that

with 1200 calories per serving sure help u to be 'fat' a bit.it works for me  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
other weight gainers also >1k calories if you take their recommended serving,
if you guys quite desperate to gain, at 10 am (minum pagi) take one shake,
before bed also take another one, add with milk to slow down the absorption

after workout also NEVER forget to take biggrin.gif

other meals also have to makan la...lol laugh.gif

this way can easily gain >4k calories a day......if you're not grow i dunno what to say la....

not going to work,
not matter how much you eat a lot on each meal,
separate them into smaller meals,
and make sure QUALITY calories, not crap

let's say the amount of meal is 4 but it meets the 4000 calories requirements..
still can't gain weight..?
*
IIRC, our bodies have limited absorption capabilities at a time,
not remember the exact amount though,
if exceeds the amount, the rest will go to waste,
that's why you need to make sure you consume quality calories

QUOTE(DDSFan8 @ Nov 10 2007, 09:46 PM)
Sometimes it is hard for certain people go gain weight because they cannot take milk products. Like me, I can't drink milk because it will upset my stomach.

So, I must find alternatives that give me protein and calcium like Soya Bean milk
*
search for milk for lactose intolerant ler.... doh.gif
i dont like soy milk coz of the estrogen thingy....
i need testosterone tongue.gif

Body building is sports compared second to none,if you're a golfer, nobody knows you're a golfer unless you're on the green, just like if you're a tennis player. Body building is sports you 'put on' 24x7.365,you wear it on you. The sports is not only an end to itself, it is also a sports which supports other sports. It can be a sports on its own like Mr Asia,Mr Universe etc and it helps other sports too like NFL players for example, even our local badminton team does weight training. Check out Tiger Woods, he's a believer of weights training to improve the distance in his swing.
