Hi, I'm looking to buy a smart watch. Currently I'm eying on Samsung gear sport and s3 frontier. What are the main differences between these two?

Day 2 using TicWatch E. Paired always with my Pixel 2 XL, not bad. I'll be back home EOD with around 40% batt. I didn't play much except for using it for Google fit, get notified on watch.
