hi bro.. thinking of getting this Samsung Galaxy Ultra watch via AIA cash rebate program... Thus would like to know how's the watch performance so far ? And most importantly how's the battery life? Btw am using a xiaomi smartphone thus also would like to know if there are any functions that are limited to galaxy phones ? Currently, am using the Amazfit T-rex pro watch..

Galoxxx Watch Ultra performance is satisfactory but a bit pricey if getting without discount. If we are not outdoor type of person, the standard vanilla Galoxxx Watch 7 is good enough. The Ultra in Malaysia market support LTE eSIM but so far only Maxis offer this service. DiGi is hit-or-miss situation.

SWallet is the most important feature inside all Galoxxx Watches... but charging these watches must use the dedicated stock charging puck. Cannot use the back of Note24/45 wireless charging...


Battery report:
1) Power Saving Mode + AOD off = 4 days (if fully charged); and 3 days (if 80% charged).
2) Normal Power Mode + AOD on = 2.5 days (fully charged).

Hope others using the T-Rex can give input on its features on Galoxxx phones...

Battery life consider bad you get sometimes 1 day to 2.5 days. If you wear for sleep then usually 2 days or less. If Apple Watch Ultra 2 always minimum 3 days.

From what I heard the new galaxy watch is not compatible with non samsung phones.

Correct on the battery life despite of new unit... hv to change habit to recharge when the battery below 20%...

If paired with non-Galoxxx, the Ultra will be downgraded to non-Ultra.... LOL... better stick with your T-Rex Pro...

Yes that what I do always died before end of the day because I usually wear to sleep after charged even in bedtime mode I lose like 7 to 10% over night .

Me personally I using Apple watch ultra 2 and samsung galaxy watch ultra honest review after use Apple watch ultra 2 that the best no battery life anxiety, Apple pay works just no rewards , siri most of the time don’t understand me or confuse. The Apple Watch battery last 3 days while wearing.
