Let me be bold and predict your next 5 years.
If you are like normal people who obtain 90% loan for this property at >500k snp price, there are only few scenarios.
Scenario 1: You will at least be facing Rm1k deficit in your monthly installment. That is if you are very lucky enough to find a kind hearted tenant to rent at rm1.5k a month for a partially furnished unit.
Scenario 2: You are unable to find a kind hearted tenant to rent. Considering there are few apartments in walking distance, Alam Prima, Alam Idaman, Alam Sanjung, VR2, Indah Alam, Puri Ayu for a combined few thousands unit. You will bleed out at least RM2.5k every month for 5 years.
Scenario 3: You are a ownstayer and you live there happily ever after. (although you might be facing some difficulties in dealing with the developer)
I do not foresee any capital appreciation in this area any time soon, at least for the near term.
So, which are you?
Btw, definitely you are able to smell the crematory. Believe me, I been there.
