No doubt on CB Land delivery. They will delivered on time. But do not expect superb after sales service or improvement. Better to have many units left unsold so that they are "forced" to touch up the surrounding to sell the remaining units. If sold out, then they will just wash hand say bye bye only.

About The Greens, read my view above. That's all.

Alam Sanjung = mid end apartment on par to Puri Aiyu
The Greens = high end luxury product hope to be on par to tropicana metropark

Both sharing the same road, surrounding, etc. So technically yes to your question. If not they are not able to sell The Greens.

Hola neighbors, Im on 5th floor.... currently im renting in Puri Aiyu.. and Yeah I can see that Block B is completed and already painted. 

They mentioned expected complete by June 2018 right ? Then comes the permits, CF etc. I think the handover will be early 2019.

Btw, I bought myself a unit and I'm in block A, 13th floor. Forgot which unit. LOL

Almost bought block B but I spent like months thinking if I should and when I decided I should and went back to the showroom, the sales lady told me A is open and ask if i'm keen. So I pulled the trigger on A, corner unit facing the kampung lol

Not at all... I've been staying in Puri Aiyu for the past 2 years i dont smell anything from the sugar factory near by... I can see the smoke coming out every once in awhile but you can hardly smell anything from where Im staying... Anyway my brother stays in Alam Sanjung and his unit is facing The Greens and I notice at times you get this muddy river smell... and according to my brother the frogs are very loud at night... and The Greens is just next to that river 

According to my brother in Alam Sanjung he doesnt small anything coming from carlsberg... however there is a sewage treatment plant in prima alam and yes u get that smell occasional 

Hardly can smell it la. And it's not like you're in the unit the whole day with the windows open anyway. Only thing the view of it and the river kinda sucks. Also, there's a surau in prima alam in case nobody knew that. Purchasers of the greens better get used to morning wake-up calls if they're light sleepers.

VR2...facing the surau. Lol. I can bet Alam Sanjung residents that face the same way would say the same thing. But anyway it's better than facing Elite highway for sure in terms of noise.

The greens maybe not as bad la because the apartment building of prima alam itself is in between the greens and the surau. VR2 and some AS units at the corner don’t have any obstruction in between.

Having said all that, i hope i’m not offending anybody. Just a piece of information only. It’s the way things are in Malaysia. Those not used to it will have to get used to it.

Label as Subang West as marketing gimmick only by the developer to sell.
Actual address is Shah Alam. And is under Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam.
