From all the ads pics, I dont see got any extra rooms there. All room pics shown is laminated flooring = meaning is the actual room.

there is one unit at A1 level 17 that has this extended 2 room setup.

the company is called naga reka interior design & construction, and they have about 200 units @ TG that they are doing up for rental/hostels. the day we moved in there were about 50 beds and fridges that were stacked at the lobby.

FYI rent has also started to creep up past the RM1.5k mark. hard to get @ 1.3k w/2 carpark + grill already unless lucky.
have a feeling this will be full of students with that investor group buying up all of those units.

Yes, you are right. Found some ads, and yes, they partition extra 2 rooms (total 5 rooms, 915sqft).
See the flooring of the room. Original room come with laminated floor. Those partition room with big tiles (non laminated).

Rental per room:
Room 1 @ RM800 + attached bathroom- boleh share/single
Room 2 @ RM650- boleh share/single
Room 3 @ RM550- single room
Room 4 @ RM500- single room (with balcony)
Room 5 @ RM400- single room
Car park outdoor @ RM100
Car park indoor @ RM120
*Each Room included Sub Meter, so u pay ur bills only*

Total rental 3k++ with this configuration. Not bad considering nett price for the unit bought from 450k++.

Around 15%+ below market and launching price. But probably will need to drop another 1 or 2 rounds more before anyone interested. Since rental is not high over here unless you resort into doing creative renting as the above posting.

My cousin bought a unit here. Been to the place, seriously disliked the security guards managing the place.

First it seems the label of the Visitor & Residence lanes were reversed, then the guard shouted at me to switch lanes. Fine nvm, but he didn't even want to check anything, straight ask me write in the visitor registration book.

Like that I put fake info also can la..

Even at reserve price can't even cover interest.

A tenant here but I don’t think the company is called naga reka. The management is SUPER SUPER SUPER unresponsive - never bother to read messages (even if she reads also won’t reply you). doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif Management never deliver their promises. Promised to install hangers behind the toilet door (don’t want to stick later kena complain spoil their door, and the door is so perfectly fitting that I couldn’t fit the MrDIY hangers at the top either) but it never happened though the promised schedule has passed (again she didn’t bother to reply my messages when I followed up). vmad.gif vmad.gif

All units under them are supposed to have yard grill installed but my unit was unfortunately left out by the contractor. Been checking for 2 months but still pending for installation. Feeling super unsafe without the grill as the yard is easily accessible with a climb from the corridor, and my room is accessible from the yard. I don’t usually like to sleep with aircond on but I had to choose between safer option with aircond or risky option with windows open. doh.gif

Also housemate made a complaint on defective gas tong fitting head, still couldn’t do cooking since we moved in 2 months ago. Also many other small things that really annoyed me a lot.


Super frustrated with this management. ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif Condo wise is decent - clean and bright, but if you are looking to rent a place here, I strongly do not recommend to rent via this company. Perhaps the individual landlords one is better.


Oh, and no water filter for drinking/cooking. Please buy your own 18L water to stock up.

So where to the other occupants park their extra car?
Or the other 3 pax do not use car? But then again over here got no public transport, not even bus come in here.

Still amaze me how this location can do room rental.

Sorry NagaReka was just the ID company, I believe the actual management company is called MCM Global Empire Sdn Bhd.

TBH you can just use the Mr DIY hangars. It will scratch the door frame yes but its worth it. Just paint it over before you move out.

Not MCM.. I think it's KKY or something.

No MrDIY hangers didnt work, couldnt close the door. Like i already mentioned "the door is so perfectly fitting that I couldn’t fit the MrDIY hangers at the top either".
