Not much.
They only withdraw extra 100k+ this month.

I can get FD of 4.1% and my loan interest is 4.35%
So that's 0.25% x let's say 200k = RM60 per month.

So if I move some money this month, I won't lose much lah

It goes this way:

1) FD
2) Housing Loan
3) Anything higher.

So since money is sitting in FD, time to move to housing loan.
If need it for something else, withdraw and move it over.

Setia walk it's a pub/bar.
Boom boom till wee hours. Some of those residents really cannot tahan.
