2) RA imposed self open rule for non paying resident.

4) RA counter sued claim and asked for injunction.
5) Resident lose the case.

This is a precedent case, which likely means for RA setup in a housing area, you guys would be able to manage better those non paying resident and make them open on their own if they refuse to pay!
