Really, don't worry about noises beside highway.
Tree does wonders. Just one row of it and viola, it is quiet already. I say so cause I live beside a main road that’s 2 lane wide one side, major link in my area. The only time when I would hear noises from the road is when ambulance pass by or when a superbike decided to full throttle. Otherwise it doesn’t bother you. |

That could be true as well.
But one has to remember, price is a little sensitive now considering the market. In general most of the people who wants to buy a house has a budget of around 4-550k (pushing a little maybe 600k max?) That excludes renovation budget of about 100-150k cash. So in that sense, a lot parties may consider Semenyih Parkland kind of house / pricing point first, before even considering to go into Ecohill DSTH. One thing that shudders me is the fact that most associates, internal sales unit were wiped out. I generally see most of them as flippers and likely not able to hold for long (more than 2 years). This supply will go into market at the same time, competing for limited buyers and different project (EM?) Like it or not, most people does not want to hear what I say, market is slowing. I am not saying crash or DDD, but expect tough time ahead if you are flipping. If ownstay, no problem. If investing over 3-5 years, no problem. |
