As Sam Kor said, different ppl different perception. To me, pistia is too simple design with big square in red in the facade of the house.

Robert zai,

The retractable awning suggested by xerver gor seems more to likely pass instead of a glass awning but having said that, still have to go through the DMC in detail and see what are the covenants on this issue

Sorry for asking... just want  to double confirm again,

Is it allowable renovate or extend the exterior?

For DSL in SEH which is without DMC - dont think need approval.
But, my understanding is Precint 2 units, facade cannot be changed without approval from MPKJ and SP Setia approval.

Can double check with SPS.

I think I would just prefer the retractable awning... glass awning...will have the supporting legs; kacau the open space... Unless we can do some iron work and leave it "hanging" - which again subject to approval...

Anyhow, if rain, both awning wont prevent much unless there are some side shade installed. Just prevent heat and dirt.

If i want to tile my porch fully - shouldnt be a prob right.

RM1.8k to RM2.5k I guess. I checked before.
TKJ, the light shop opposite Cheras Sentral tahu ah? They having moving out sale due to MRT.
My friend who's renovating now bought a chandelier at RM800 opposed to RM1.5k quoted elsewhere..before GST..can buy some basic lights - down light or other must have lights.

Yeah, thats the one; they had KIA showroom also there. Now all moving out - near Petronas lo.
Their price are decent.
I am going to hedge some of my positions before GST.
