TKJ, the land at the side normally for garden and landscape nia, some more don't think have an appropriate driveway to it loh.

What I mention here would be if there are more than 2 cars, perhaps need to park in tandem manner (along the driveway) with those in car porch. So if this utility meter chamber is not at the side, then sure kacau jor mah... 

I did say same thing to lawyer too but she say required approval from SP Setia even we are not under strata titles & dun hv DMC agreement with SP Setia. Ya. As i know approval from MPKJ is neccesary if we want extend or modify our hse structure.

BTW, for the car porch with 26' width, u definitely need to tandemly park your 3rd car unless u wanna install tiles at the empty land and park the 3rd car there side by side with the other two

Confirm can la. 22' oredy can put 2 cars side by side comfortably, what more 26' and some even 28' and 30'. More so when it's gateless.
