Awning no need council approval. But if your unit is at the g&g side, may need SP approval.Glass awning is nice. The pic you show, that would have costs easily 4k to 5k for 100sq ft.

QUOTE(xerver @ Mar 13 2015, 10:38 AM) 2 options:1) Convert one of the master bedroom window to door-like, access from top and clean; or 2) Dont use a glass panel; can use some other material but may limit access of sunlight (balinese concept) All in all, awning/retractable visor/glass will require some form of cleaning...so, its what you prefer. |

QUOTE(robert82 @ Mar 13 2015, 01:51 PM) yes, actually there's awning without pillar. Yeah, thats the challenge bro robert. Cannot be too long unless there is space for support...But this kind of awning cannot be too heavy and too far out. As for cleaning I think it will get dirty really fast, so maybe a darker tinted glass will be better choice... Darker ones easier to see the dirt.. |

My current entire balcony similar concept, i.e.: stainless steel railing with tempered glass maybe 5x5 size, cost me about RM6k; its about 35ft run. Need to ask quote. Not sure of how much it is now. |

Yes, that is the Ecohill link to Lekas. Another access is being built at Eco Majestic.

QUOTE(mamaky @ Mar 14 2015, 03:53 PM) Is this the direct exit from LEKAS to EcoHill? Seems like it will pass by jalan bangi, industrial area and tiara south. Not exactly a direct link from LEKAS into ecohill. Anybody can confirm this? I don't see that as an issue as it should be just less than a km from the interchange to SEH (at the Arroyo Garden). |

i think what he meant is, it looks like it is not a direct link.
Actually, although from map it seems to cut the three places, jalan bangi, industrial area and tiara south, it is actually a direct exit. Imagine a highway exit, it will cut right from Lekas out to Ecohill. No traffic light at all. Quite a number of us can confirm so, as we have taken a ride through it. One end to another should be less than 5 minutes. |

QUOTE(secret recipe @ Mar 14 2015, 09:41 PM) Afaik, there is no new launch. At present there are 2 show houses for Tralas (zero lot bangalow) and this 1B is just another type.Price for now I'm not sure but if I'm not mistaken it was in the range of RM1.59M - RM2.1M. Not exactly a direct link from LEKAS into ecohill. Anybody can confirm this? I think you can refer to the map attached. Ecohill link is a 2-lanes expressway that directly connecting to the Semenyih Lekas toll.. The industrial area actually is beside the toll plaza, yes, need to pass through it, but it is an expressway to pass through those factories. Yes, Ecohill link will pass through Jalan Bangi as well, but it is cutting across through a flyover. You can refer to the picture attached. This picture is taken when I am driving along Jalan Bangi Lama. This flyover is represented by red circle in the map. Towards left of the flyover will bring you to Ecohill, while towards the right will lead you to the toll plaza of Semenyih Lekas... There is a factory at the right of picture and that's the factories we are talking about. Attached thumbnail(s) |

something just came to my mind.
Any idea if Unifi cables will be laid in and ready for us to tap? I do know Semenyih area seems no Unifi, but sooner or later sure will have, so wondering if SPS will do all this now or leave it for later on? |
