I think those units will slow to sell... Like u said maybe the link is opened ppl might look at it differently. I think the row facing the surau only have about 3-5 units sold (If I remember correctly)

Actually the one will let us wake up earlier is masjid instead of surau..my condo also gt surau too..haha..Jt everyone think surau is same as masjid but in fact their function is different..😜😜😜..There is one masjid built behind SEH police station. Consider quite near to apartment, phase 1 (20×65) and commercial area..☺

hehehe, sometime surau can be "awakening" too..

I think the plot is reserved for masjid only, not very sure it will be used to build the masjid, since there is already one near to Bandar Rinching Section 2 (near to Tiara South), and another one in the police camp near to Tesco Semenyih.

Coz SEH got nothing much to sell at the moment

I agree on the "awakening" point coz I am staying approximately 300m away from a surau and I never have to set an alarm thereafter
