this person remind me of the lalat who always come to SEH topic kacau and always come to enjoy free food at SEH function but keep saying the bad things on SEH and said the buyers are stupid to buy the properties and let him enjoy free food.

Real joker, RM200 per month also dun wan to pay, rather spent money to court to sue RA to dismantle the guard house and boom gate...so damn selfish ppl......with this kind of court case as reference, next time those resident not willing to pay maintenace fee, wil not so dare to just go to court to sue RA....good good...let those selfish ppl learn some lesson....this guy must be no face already, thought he can win ...haha....

If drive ~ 60 km/h, about 2.5 - 3.0 minutes loh..

my next visit to seti eco hill should be using this link...not need pass by the old semenyih town anymore...

directly from silk highway, to lekas highway then can access to setia eco hill... rclxms.gif

Well, from ecohill, direct access to lekas highway, then use silk highway pass by twin palms, all the way to the mines area there, i think should be around 15 min.......i think it's even faster compare to those stay at sg long area, which need to pass by 5 traffic lights in order to passby balakong then access to silk highway to the mines..

yes agree with u, if only 2-3 rows, not easy to make it happening..

so the huge land behidn the shoplots that reserve for mall will be the main factor...if something like setia walk then it can make it..

received the letter to request to pay the deposit to install electricity meter and water meter, anyone already go to sales office and paid for it? accept credit card payment or not?

phase 2 buyers definitely deserve to have this weaping meadows as their own private park...if outsiders want to go in,can, but need to register at the guard house...for security purpose...
