I think most likely he thought he will win the case and able to enjoy the "free security" till the end of his life, as others shall pay for him.

This happens everywhere, any types of people also may have, not surprise.. One can live in a big SemiD/bungalow and driving a bentley, but refuse to pay RM 100 maintenance fees monthly..  shame of them...   

That joker who lost his appeal at Federal Court can be categorised as penny wise pound foolish. To go up to federal court, you are looking at easily more than rm50k court fees plus lawyer fees.

He should have save all those fees and can you imagine how much those legal fees could have paid for his securities fees for xx years?

I am sure he will be too embarrassed  to stay there and probably move out. At least now those joker who try to be funny with RA, will think twice of going to court.

From 2-tier round about to Lekas Semenyih toll only about 2.5km (can be estimated from the google map now).

If drive ~ 60 km/h, about 2.5 - 3.0 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 90 km/h, about 2 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 120 km/h, about 1.0 - 1.5 minutes loh..

What's so big deal? As usual, nuiscence question from joker..   

I went to iProperty fair and dengar khabar there'll be a big event to officiate the opening of SEH link, sometime in July

All the way of highway / 2 lanes road if using silk from twin palm sungai long toll till setia ecohill, not even a single traffic light...

Distance about 15km, I think about 12 minutes can reach...   

Understand from SA that phase 2 Precint 2 owner eg Saraca can access to Weeping Meadow directly as fencing is between apartment and WM, really a plus point for phase 2 owners.

ecohill shops that lauched a few weeks ago considered located at the most strategic location in semenyih. they are located at the entrance/exit of ecohill link and at the center of few housing projects nearby, such as pelangi semenyih 1&2, rinching, bandar tasik kesuma, etc. once ecohill link completed, it is expected hundreds of cars shall passby this area everyday..  will become a very ong place in semenyih very near future..    

I think if there are sufficiently large amount of commercial shops available at a particular area, for eg, kuchai entrepreneur park with banks especially, then these shops may get 'ong' easily.. but if merely 2 or 3 rows of commercial shops, then it may be otherwise.... just like happened in plenty of housing projects

Another SA told me that initial plan no fence between weeping meadows and Phase 2 but now with fence after demand for F&G from buyers

Doomr gor, weeping meadows is outside of fencing... Apartment shld hv their own fencing. Meaning weeping meadows is for public

Wow... If weeping meadows can be within the fencing area, then it will be a very good news for those phase 2 buyers (Samanea, Saraca, Begonia, Bellucia, Bartonia)...

If it is within the fencing area, I believe the residents would be willing to contribute for maintenance, since it is such a nice and adorable landscape (park + lake) within the own fencing perimeter...

I wish SEH can change their initial plan on the fencing, since purchasers deserve more to enjoy the greenery landscape...
