Really glad SPS help us to get approval to set up guard house n fence before deliver the key, saw the ijm rimbayu thread that developer will not help to get approval before deliver key, all depend on the resident to set up RA community to aplly fence n guard by themselves

i prefer the quality is better on the whole township infrastructure than single house...house still can spent own money to renovate it...as most of the ppl will do...but to spent money on infrastructure almost impossible for the buyers and only can depend on developer...

imagine a developer maybe developer a very exclusive good material house at a lousy location with bad access roads and bad surrounding

compare to some average quality house on good infrastructure and good landscape and environment..definitely i chose this...

With the eco hill link to highway, the jalan semenyih does not really matter oledy, jalan semenyih will just serve as short cut road for SEH residents to go grocery shopping at Tesco or some meal at the local kopitiam, the main entrance will thru lekas highway thru eco hill link.....

Normally Telekom only lay the normal phone cable 1st, when got enough request on unifi only will proceed on it, anyway, the best is check with SP's, maybe SP's oledy help to request ahead oledy

Yea, dun be surprise SPS oledy do that for us, jUST like tenby int school, initially they just say propose, who know not yet VP, construction for tenby oledy start, unlike some developer give empty promise only....the alarm system for each houses also surprise, never mention before, but they provide to us...
