yes you are right...relocate the rubbish compartment and mailbox not need authority approval..but i hope the residents who decide to demolish the priginal rubbish compartmenet, make sure you will do another rubbish compartmeent, please do not bring a huge rubbish bin and put in front of your house, will looks so ugly...

water fountain quite impossible la..haha...i belive they will plant some nice landscaping in the roundabout...

the develoepr stuff told me they will install boom gate cable so that when residents decide to install boom gate, will be lot easier...

i think the only issue to install the boom gate is to gather majority resident agreement, then need to sbumit to MPKJ to get the approval(normally it will approve), then gather the money to install it...need a comunnity set up to handle all this things...say is easy, when come to execute..lots of thing need to do...

this need to depend when the VP time..if the VP time is started July...then normally need about 3-4 months to do renovation...possible to move in before CNY, ppl like to spent CNY at new house....

see how aa responsible developer will work, already help to request to install the UNIFI before vp...

not many developers can do like this, some like IOI, YTL, Gamuda VP for few years on their projects still unable to get the UNIFI to be install....

SPS prove that not necessary have to wait for major residents to request then only UNIFI can be install...SPS can help to get it done even before vp.... rclxms.gif

really? this MPKJ is really a joker..the green garbage collector is damn huge and damn ugly...imagine put in front of your house and it's such an eyesore..the sray dogs or cats might just push down the collector and let the rubbish pour out in front of the house and start to find their "food"...

ya, many other developer buyers already envy on this oledy....try to ask Gamuda Jade hill, IOI 16 sieraa, YTL midfiled whcih VP for few years already, have the got the UNIFI in place and it takes how long to get unifi to come in? tongue.gif

nope...all the new landed house at MBC/sg long come with the rubbish compartmenet that built beside the gates, for those old landeds without rubbish compartmenet, they will put a normal 3 ft heght black color rubbish bin in front of the house for rubbish disposal, not the 5ft height green rubbish bin!

i only can say MPKJ is full with stupid ppl....they should ask developer to built a small compartment in front of the house for rubbish collection purpose, easy maintain, look tidy and clean, now they want to spent money (tax payers money which is our money!) to buy the green huge collector to put in front of the house, imagine the green rubbish put like a messy method in front of the houses, sometime the cars in/out might accidentally hit the rubbish bin then the whole rubbish will spread on the street, nobody will clean it...if the rubbish bin broken,how? let it broken then continue throw in the rubbish then the rubbish stain will leak out...damn..what kind of stupid method that put out by MPKJ...

phase 2 buyers definitely need to fight to include weeping meadows as their private park...

or else very unfair to phase 2 buyers....and sps should smart enough to use this as selling point for phase 2 units to boost up the sales for the remaining units...

phase 1 also got private linear garden, and don tell me this weaping meadows will be easier to access from the apartment nearby...if sps really plan like this, then really speechless... rclxub.gif

You know why dogs not allow in this kind of park? because dogs shit everywhere, and normally malaysian mindset, the dog owners won't clean the shit...they will just leave it there...so imagine the beautiful weaping meadows full with dog shit everywhere...

This is the plan that showed during phase 1 buyers sign the request letter to MPKJ to set up fence.

the plan looks like not include weaping meadows in phase 2, however, this plan is applicable to phase 1 only.

so very simple, ask pahse 2 buyers, did SPS provide you any letter to sign to request to set up fence? if yes, how is fence up plan looks like?

it's quite funny if the weaping meadows not include in the fencing for phase 2...

phase 2 fencing will exclude the weaping meadows, as i know the apartment will also have own fencing,

so weaping meadows will smack between the 2 fencing for pahse 2 and apartments, and indirectly become fence up area and no road can access to weaping meadows... biggrin.gif
