It's not vertical up, it's only vertical in, don't think it will be difficult to read. Even it's more difficult to read, it is also only once a month.. Car go in and out everyday.

Agree... most importantly, these layout most likely already approved by the authority, if re-adjustment may need to request the architect to re-do the plan and resubmit for approval again.. Takes time for sure..

Have been told from guardhouse till the roundabout, the road will be using red cement block... Not sure how true though.. If it is so, means P1 have red carpet awaiting them everyday in and out too... If equipped with a fountain, can have a mini EM already... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

If for own stay, just do it once for all... Realign everything properly, to see if possible to get 15 - 16 feet entrance..

It's for the convenience in and out everyday, for me, worth it...

MRT may need to takes some time.. Puchong also takes more than 10 years to have train system come in..

Overall there are still 3 MRT stations in Kajang and we have choice to choose if want to use it, merely after 10 - 15 minutes drive..

Developer give free green bin should be okay, important is MPKJ don't force everyone to use it... It seems like the current garbage truck is equipped with a mechanical system that can lift the garbage bin and pour into truck.. Garbage collector will be more convenient in this context.. Perhaps because of this they want everyone to use it..

It seems like KL will implement garbage separation starting from September, not sure if there is any impact for houses in Selangor..

Yeah, that's for the buyers of Phase 1 units... However for phase 2 buyers, SEH didn't reveal this layout plan.

Although Samanea is within the phase 2 presint, but it has been "sapued" by only internal staffs and associates, so it is no surprise for me they may "change" it internally... brows.gif
