Sam gor..as per wat i recalled, this fencing layout does not release to phase 2 buyer. I have signed the two letters for guardhouse & fencing but does not include this fencing plan. Recently I have received offer letter plus copy of the two letter but does not have the fencing plan as well. I believe that SEH want to change the initial fencing plan. That why they did not want to release the plan to phase 2 buyer.

No. Will request when next round going to SEH Welcome Center. I believe some of the phase 2 buyer demand SEH to provide private park since they are paying more especially saracca buyer. Since phase 1 can have linear park within fencing, SEH may need provide the same for phase 2. As per wat i understand, the landscaping will continue maintained by SEH team even handover to MPKJ so it should not be an issue to fence weeping meadow within fencing area. 😊😊😊😊

phase 2 buyers definitely deserve to have this weaping meadows as their own private park...if outsiders want to go in,can, but need to register at the guard house...for security purpose...

I believe saraca buyer did the complaints to SEH since I am early bird for phase 2 begonia and fencing plan does not share to me as well. Ya. It will be the best solution and I believe MPKJ wont object it since they can allow Good View Height to have own park within fencing area. Ya. It should not be high spending to maintenance weeping meadow and all phase resident should willing pay a little bit more to let SEH maintaince the landscaping..hehe

every sunday morning at eco hill

Over the weekend I see some TM contractors pulling the Unifi cable at my back lane into my current taman TE. They said I should be getting the unifi within this 2 months. Finally, almost 1 year since VP. Keep my fingers crossed.

Why can't? I think is possible... need some adjustment and re-position the post box and the electric meter.

I am planning to extend it also. Remove the possibility of me/my gf hit our own car 

Ecohill stiĺl can allow us to reposition the gate & mailbox. If eco majestic, then charm lo..strata cannot do any modification on facade..

I know my paren'ts home is huge. Biggest headache is how to reallocate all the electric meters, water meter and post box...... haiz

the problem is nowadays TNB require the electric meter to be install in the front gate, that's why eat a lot of space...and i found that water meter also put side by side with electric meter and rubbish compartment, so it eat out more width...2 ft+for water meter, 2 ft+ for electric meter compartment and another 2 ft+ for rubbish compartment and mail box, if left only 12 ft for gate.

normally developer will install the water meter in front of the electric meter so that it can save some width, at least another 2 ft plus, so the gate can become 14 ft which is better for cars drive in and out

so now unless the owner decide to demolish the mailbox and rubbish compartment compounds...to make a larger gate.

if decide to do liike this, then where should put the rubbish disposal? put a green rubbish bin in front of hosue? will looks ugly...

like i say, if the water meter can install in front of eletric meter compartmenet, then can have extra 2 ft plus for the gate. but it will looks quite ugly as looks like bulky.

i believe is not due to the cost, developer try to make it look tidy so put all the eletric and water meters side by side.
