hehehe... Yeah, I believe as the township grow, Bartonia will sold out eventually... But as at now, it does gives an impact, as the sales of Bartonia is fairly slow, if compare to Begonia and Bellucia, which just differ by 30-40k, despite with larger buildup..

Let's wait the masterplan of the apartment out soon, then all of us can have a clearer picture..

Here a snap shot on the land, the hoarding is till the end Bartonia last row.. This plot of land won't have waterway and outsider road as those in Aquatilis... All plot will be for apartment... 150 feet means about 45 meter, I am not sure, really need to wait and see.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Hopefully the apartment planning is in such a way... It looks different compare to the first model, as well as the illustrative masterplan figure...

SEH should take serious consideration on this matter when they planned about the highrise in this area...

Let's hope so.... By right SPS should aware of this... If possible, hope that the apartment of this area can change the facing , rather facing north or south, change it to facing east or west instead... To mitigate the risk of privacy issue among the DSL purchasers... hmm.gif

Yeah, maybe. If presint 1 only either linear park or weeping meadow, i think should be some feature in weeping meadow as well...

Site visit for presint 1 together with SP staff not sure can or not, coz most units already sold out, not sure if they still willing to bring us in... tongue.gif tongue.gif

SPS have experience, I think it is no problem to arrange the guard for us.. They need to do it for presint 3 as well.. I think it will not be an issue...

Really not sure where's the exact location of fencing.. But I presume it will be parallel to the fencing of the show unit... hmm.gif

Received a think form from SEH about the application for TNB and Syabas water supply... Need to pay RM 510 as the deposit for the TNB and RM 120 for the Syabas...

Anyone filled up and submitted already? hmm.gif hmm.gif
