I think to boost the sales of Bartonia, SEH really need to convince the potential buyers about the issue on the future apartment facing... SEH need to come out with a solid plan to deal with this in order to minimize the privacy issue between the Bartonia units and the future apartment...

Yeah... within 15 - 20 minutes should be able to reach balakong area from Ecohill... thumbup.gif

Yeah, building wall fencing can help to solve abit about the privacy issue, but changing the facing of the apartment is the most crucial issue that need to be tackled. Nobody like their landed house facing directly with the balcony of the apartments in such close distance manner (I heard less than 50 feet)... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Connecting through serene height - alam sari - UKM to north south highway still need to pass through a lot of trunk road and traffic lights, not really useful..

The most useful connecting road would be from EcoMajestic to the Bangi Avenue, since there are just less than 2km..
If such road can be realized, both township can be beneficial - IOI Bangi, Bandar Seri Putra can connect to Lekas, while SEH / EM / Bandar Tasik Kesuma / Pelangi Semenyih can connect to North South highway... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Really hope one day it can be realized...

Yeah, if the apartment is wall facing the Bartonia, it is still okay... But if balcony facing, then really bad...

Lol... I would hope Lekas will continue underutilized, at least no jam... If one day Lekas = LDP, then I really no eye see already...

From my opinion, no need to wait the connection between Lekas to North South, as long as there is more and more development along Lekas itself, already can make it congested one day...

Imagine if one day SEH + EM + SEH 2 already filled up with occupants, I think Lekas itself already reached the saturated stage...

Treehill gor... no need to scare.... I think pistia is much further away from the low cost apartment, at least separated by the retention pond... Low cost normally won't have balcony as well ...

I think if public going to EM, they will go swan lake, and won't go to the small retention pond in front of the Cradleton.. In terms of privacy, it is still okay since no highrise in front of it..

Hmm.. If we compare Aquatilis, which has a same length of Bartonia (20 x 70 footprint), after the houses unit there is a taman road (Jln Ecohill 1/3N), then follow by a waterway, then another jalan (Jalan Ecohill 1/2) before reaching the apartment block..

Bartonia after the houses, is a taman road (Jln Ecohill 1/1B), then a green barrier (mostly trees I presume), then apartment plot.. From the masterplan illustrative picture, it looks to me there is a block of apartment is located which is about the same level as those waterway... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Anyhow, what I have been told the 50 feet is fencing to fencing, so presumably after the fencing there should be some additional distance before reaching the houses / apartment...

Anyhow, the masterplan of the apartment is yet to be finalized and this is the ambiguity that will raise the concern of potential buyers of Bartonia... SEH should clarify and make a clear clarification on this matter to avoid doubt...

If the commercial area same level with the terrace houses, then it can be tackled by planting trees in between..

If highrise then more problematic.. It similar to the case of Ohako Puchong and Koi Kinrara now, even there is a klang river separating between the units and cemetery, some units still can see the cemetery quite clear as well.. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif
