Dear All Taiko.. Need some advise..Now i stay in Sg buloh and my husband need trf work to Kajang..Thus may plan want to buy one unit in Setia Ecohill. Would like to ask is that a good deal to purchase there..as current my location choice is either Semenyih or Cheras..TIA..

If you want to hv a nice environment for your children, SEH will be a good choice for you. With nice park & international school, your children can hv fun & study on same time. The air is more fresh if compare v cheras area. Cheras mostly old hse without gated & guarded big township as SEH. With Lekas-Ecohills link, you will able to reach cheras in 10-15 minutes. In addition to the above, tesco just beside SEH and silver square will be developed by Eco Majestic within 10 years time from now. I believe semenyih will become next kemuning utama in near future.

Currently phase 2 selling rm598k before 3% discount for begonia unit (1936sq). Developer also provided EPF withdrawal facility for purchaser. You may visit SEH welcome center for further information. I mean we could be changing our work place from time to time but are you willing to change your home from time to time? To me, I bought SEH is really becoz I like the township even though I am well aware that I ought to travel approximately 40km to work on a daily basis while my current home to my office is merely 8km away.

Reason is that Cheras is too jam and pack. Semenyih is more peaceful and most importantly is nearer to Kajang (since you mention your husband wanted to setup a business there). You come out from your home, u can see the beautiful hills of semenyih. If you want cooler, walk up to PARC. Early in the morning is very cool. I have done it couple of times. If you choose SEH, international school is just nearby and will be operationa in year 2016. Chinese school also available... Got 2 somemore.

Is the cheapest indeed 598k? or that’s the previous launch indicative starting price? If it is the latter, then I am afraid those at 598k has been sold out and a budget of 650k onwards is much more reasonable to get one in SEH.
In EM, I think the budget is close to 700k or more…
It all depends on what is the cheapest available unit now in both projects.
If budget indeed is an issue but you are still keen to move to Semenyih, then your option has to be other projects, slightly less glamorous, but fits your budget…

I can’t be 100% sure. That’s my point.
Assuming starting price for the previous launch is 598k, what makes you think the cheapest one at 598k still available.
The cheapest one probably sold out, leaving those at 620k-650k still available if any…
So my point is, if aiming for 598k, likely won’t get, but if have higher budget then can la…
