During my last visit to SEH on cny event day, the 3rd row begonia unit (598k) still left around 10 units as at 18th feb. Most probably some loan has been rejected and unit released out by SEH.

Let the owners go n clarify themselves if they want to know the details

this lalat just try to post the comment "maybe this and that" , purposely want to bring some bad image to SEH, hopefully the subsale price can drop to his affordable level...this lalat should just work hard and earn much to afford to buy...instead of spent time to jealous ppl buying SEH...
