If they supported the official Nintendo stand of a ZERO defect policy and hence even if there's one dead pixel there'd be a one on one swap then the stall would be a great place to NDSLs.

For other warranty issues... why... come up guys.. how many times have you seen a Nintendo console break down? tongue.gif

I'll say one thing do... if they offer a nice, fair price for Wii pre-orders.. I'm SOOOOOOO there!

thurtin: If I could mod you up, Slashdot style, I would.

But all I can do is say THANK YOU!!!11one!

for all the proper information. Having read all that, I think that by supporting the Ninty booth here will only make it easier for us to have proper, more encompassing support for those among us who have started to embrace originals. I hate Midvalley as well, but I'm planning to go once a month there.

Maybe I'll go there and start random playing visitors with Download Play (if there're no games in the slot). tongue.gif

Just forgot.. I need to get a US version of the Wii for my US GCN games so no buying the NTSCJ one for me unless they can promise a steady game supply.

Will be heading down Mid Valley later to check out the shop.. maybe get myself Twisted as well as any other interesting stuff.

I've been there today.

Overall, I say the prices are acceptable, especially the GBA games (hey, come on, they're ori). Players Choice titles retails at RM99. Most games retail at about RM129 - RM159 (I found the ori Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon Red there at RM159.90, as well as various others like Mario Tennis, Super Mario Advance 4 (The one with SMB3) - these that we rarely ever see their oris over here) There was one notable exception in the price bracket. - Pokemon Emerald is at RM179. There is no other Pokemon versions there but of course you can order from them and they will try to cater to your request. [This of course also applies to all other games tongue.gif]

As for DS games, I noticed that first party titles like NSMB, Super Princess Peach as well as Wi-Fi titles cost RM179 (yes, even SPP). There were only two DS games at RM99, Big Brain Academy and Brain Age. The third party titles are roughly around RM129 - RM149, which is cheaper/more expensive compared to the usual places dependant on title. They are abit lacking when it comes to recent games - Mysterious Dungeon/Mech Assault was the latest there - I didn't see Harvest Moon, Hoops, Cooking Mama, none of these)

Accesories wise I don't notice much, but I saw Hori Screen Protectors for DS Phat (RM49) as well as card cases and a pouch for the DSL.

And : DS Phat = RM599, DSL = RM699 tongue.gif

Thats about it for my report there XD

EDIT: Oh btw, I saw Wario Ware Twisted there, but it was on display (1 only), I didn't see it in their racks.... Since there are so many people wanting WWT, just added this smile.gif

EDIT2: I kinda pity the salesperson there tho, the first question most people ask when she was trying to sell the DSes was "Can play pirated games ah"? (or any other similar questions)
