It's not as bad as they said Rm500! Still can optional to choose club house fees or by walk in pay to use also can. Since that not every resident using the club house facility's ! Like condo some not even touch the Gym room for decade. 0.18 for landed house I think reasonable enough. What I think.

maintenances high or low actually depand on what they provided. If they can give us high security & maintain good landscapes for the resident I don't mind paying higher a bit rather than pay cheap but facing a lot low standard security & everything. All this had to wait till VP only.

RM316.8 without facilities sounds high to me, anyway, to maintain the serene surroundings will need a lot of money as well, let's see if how they can utilize this rm300++ monies
