The naming of developments in Malaysia is very pathetic and stupid. Just because of so called branding, there are so many places with similar names and it is pretty confusing. I wonder if this kind of situation is unique to Malaysia.

What's the built up of the house here? This place near Templer's Park very far from my usual hang out. I curious to know why people queue to buy this place.

To be fair, rm316.80 is considered very fair if u want gated guarded with maintenance. you can't demand to be different from normal unguarded development and expect to pay nothing right? and, inflation is also to be expected what. u will be more worried if a country has deflation! like japan, they are praying for inflation everyday.
