The clubhouse is owned by all the residents and maintained by your own fund. Sure everything will run down if everyone just want to pay minimum maintenance fee.

I really don't mind pay a little bit more on maintenance fee to keep the place to be decent enough instead of pay little maintenance fee but like live in a ghost town after few year

Tolls u got no choice. Rich people also got to pay.

But i mostly beh tahan those shinning supercars not paying parking meters or simply park at road side..to avoid paying parking fee....

Just to update u, the club house actually still own by Perangsang golf club, SP only JV the land 195 Acre with perangsang only. So the club still belong to Perangsang

So it was a misleading to claim club house facility for set?

Without a large number of members subscription to support the club house, the club house will degenerate soon after current arrangement with setia is over.

Mostly buyer already know this, only some forum member here though it was included club house facility. And obviously perangsang club business not doing well here. That's why they Cut some of the golf land & JV with Sp. so that went new resident storm in it will bring some new members & surviving. Win win situation.

Fair enough. Then you can choose not subscribe to the club house but you still need to pay the RM300+ maintenance fee to keep your neighborhood well-maintained. nod.gif

According to wikimapia, there is still a big piece of golf course located behind Institut Kraftangan and Templer Suasana.....still operating ??
