Setia is a plc, to keep analysts and fund managers happy every quarterly, they are unlikely to delay launch unless market demand is very poor.

I'm doubt the rejection 50% ? Coz buyer there queue for 16-22 hours to buy the house, and some more paid Rm10k for deposit. 10% for Down payment the rest balance 90% wait till VP only get loan, plenty of time to prepare cash.

yeah let see, either waiting lists ppl happy to get rejecting house or else. i'm just curious ppl will simply pay Rm10k & queue long hour there and not think properly to before make any decision to buy a house for fun or really Kia Sue. lol

What's the built up of the house here? This place near Templer's Park very far from my usual hang out. I curious to know why people queue to buy this place.

The high rejection rate is only for 1st house owner or 2nd.

Non of my property friends got their loan application rejected
Anywhere all bookers or buyers got 2 yrs to apply....and most of them are yie mah kou cheh of directors and associates...

They have cash printing at homez de.

Have visited showroom recently, SA told 2 phase should be launch next year! "Peranakan" concept 3-5 Storey apartment / condo surrounding existing lake nearby Rumah Selangorku area. Still pending from SP board to confirm?

I guess people see things differently...some people see true treasures in front of them, so they don't mind queuing up...some people just simply don't see any value in it and don't get it why people are queuing for it....well, we are all human with different opinions, what matter most is your own opinion...you see, you believe, and you make the choice.
