Haha, so far 2yrs staying, a snake happen before, far from my resident. the rest big insects all come visit my house, but I get use of it, it's nature Forrest, mozzies actually less than my old house ? U still can enjoy walking outdoor without being bitten a lot! That mean still kena but acceptable la,

In SPS township projects, they normally launch 1 or 2 phases each year. So, it's possible that phase 2 will be launched by end of this year as what u mentioned.

that's a very famous failed project. just google bukit jelutong. yes it was a failed project and abandoned. i have drive through it before (last time maybe almost 7-10 yrs ago), rather amazed and scary too, like those war ravaged town with empty houses and even the lamp post fallen on road.

but nowadays i hear there are more people living there.

bukit tak beruntung....keke

hari ini dalam sejarah....

actually they launched the Bkt Tak Beruntung too fast ahead of KLIA confirmation....bcos rumoured that KLIA will be in the north instead of south...therefore plenty of BBB lah rush to this project.

actually its north of rawang....not bukit jelutong lah.....

At Selayang here also Hot springs condo abandone 4-5yrs ago, Finally someone taken over & going to be another shopping mall with condo, going to be launch this year, looks quite high end like Publica..

Selayang township will have 4 shopping mall, Capital mall, Selayang mall, Starcity mall & Selayang springs ( Paragon @ KL north gate)

KLIA already in Sepang for 20years.

Did you see township like Kota Warisan booming up?

Personally I feel KLIA is being used as scapegoat why the township is being abandoned or people not moving in...

It is due to township developed too fast, location and accessibility issue and non-committal of developers.

Quite true as Phase 1 and Phase 2 are just seperated by a small creak.

reading back a few pages. notice a lot of people claiming Bs lah. snake oil seller lah. cows can fly lah.

but when they publicised it's fully sold, those naysayers never reappear. kekeke.

Also, templer quite near to the future 1.6m sqft mall. Another catalyst?
