3 units sold to Dato Lee Chong Wei I been told, coz there will be Arene Lee spots centre there !

All banking on his popularity. But I know Dato prefers areas around Cheras/Seri Kembangan areas because he lives around there. I havent heard of this though.

Unsure if he prefer such area.

He got bungalows in USJ 1, Salak Selatan, Glenmarie, Sg. Besi, Waterfront Seri Kembangan. But from what I know of, most of his bungalows from developer are free or sponsors, esp Akisama. He flipped a lot dy. btw, I last heard he stay at Salak Selatan bungalow. Dunno how many houses he actually staying.

Hearsay without substantiation is as good as blow cow. Beside lcw badminton skill and his love of supercar, haven't seen much of his business track record. he could be opened a cafe or sport shop, doubt it will bring any crowds or make any difference.

believe starcity is under performing, doubt a penang developer could do better.

Nowadays there are too many shops and shopping malls everywhere. Crowds are no more concentrated on one area anymore unlike last time. Heck even popular shopping malls like 1 Utama and Mid Valley are not as crowded like last time anymore.
