After years of cutting my calorie intake, now dah kurang nafsu to eat that much ady..

Perut also kenot tahan to take so much food..makan sikit already full lol.

Doubt so. Honestly I don't find the measurement of "1 cup" to be accurate . I prefer to weight them lol.
