Thanks dz91 and accetera, from the sound of it there is still HOPE for there to have a sheltered link :3 it surely adds value. If they block the basement then I guess we'll be dancing in the rain going from one side to the other when the rain pours. Otherwise a linked bridge like ikano and curve would be nice biggrin.gif I shall wait for your good news about that little door linking one world to another.

Well I guess only time will tell now if any of these will happen. Need to sit on the egg and wait for it to hatch. 54 months and no DIBS mann huhuuu

Don't think the car park is connected.

Link bridge has been discussed but I would advise u to assume there is none.

just right after all the buyer sign spa , then my agent told me the underground walkway plan got cancelled
anyway malton will have some event going on at their Bukit jalil city showroom on 20 feb
i am gonna raise this issue to them on that day

Looking at Damen performance being a pavi REIT managed mall,

Anyone here worried? although i still think pavi bj might do OK/well if economy bounces back..

Pavilion BJ is a few years down the road. Still too early to speculate the result.

But the sheer size of it plus a right design from Day 1 makes it a high potential mall for success. There will be designated zones for thematic experience as well (if u see the mall layout). And well connected to busy highways with a large catchment of immediate neighbourhood residents, the large middle income populace of southern region and business owner population in neighbouring suburbs. Its nearest major competitor today Sunway Pyramid is "overflowing" in terms of visitors.

The lacking here in BJC is the office population that will drive footfall for lunches during weekdays over the long run. When a mall increases rental rates, the chances are that the F&B outlets will have to do much more biz. The developer will be addressing this.

Actually, it would be more interesting to see what is install for Aurora Place and Bukit Jalil City Signature Shop Offices. We will share you more exciting information when the time is right.
