Thanks dz91 and accetera, from the sound of it there is still HOPE for there to have a sheltered link :3 it surely adds value. If they block the basement then I guess we'll be dancing in the rain going from one side to the other when the rain pours. Otherwise a linked bridge like ikano and curve would be nice

QUOTE(accetera @ Jan 24 2016, 11:25 AM) In my view, physically the basement podium is linked because there is no setback between the two basement levels and that the floor clearance is similar. Boss, general spec and detail refers to?underground ah?really cancelled as for now? What else changed? However, whether REV.O owners can walk to Malton side will be dependent on the demarcation of spaces under the New Strata Act (which is now creating alot of problems for developers of mixed developments). Most likely is they will just need to create an accessway via a door, etc to the Malton side. I'll confirm with the developer about this little detail here. As for shuttle bus, this is a normal service offered by mall owners in majority of big malls anyway. So if you say one of Malaysia's largest mall do not have this, then this mall is not user-friendly. Bear in mind, this fact came from their Retail Team so I apologised if this should not be mentioned as part of property info. Having said all these, owners should be aware that certain things can change over time. I understand that certain general specifications or detailing has changed in Park Sky (due to cost issues with our bad ringgit). But those changes are not a concern to owners because it doesn't affect the units or facilities. Update us more pls |

QUOTE(Babizz @ Feb 21 2016, 12:12 AM) Because this is Bukit Jalil n NOT bukit bintang.. If they can do it in Bukit bintang, why USJ cant but BJ can? aiyo like this also need to spell out I dun think rich malais live in Bukit Jalil.. They mostly live in mansions in Ampang/melawati/ulu kelang & shah alam. Not in high dense condo with 1000 units compare pav bb with pav bj is i dunno. .like comparing audi a8 with vw polo. same holding company same family of engines (retailer base), same network and distribution. but pricing and product difference. .. |

A successful pv bj could cannibalize business at pv bb; pv management at bj could be a trojan horse. |

Pavilion BJ is a few years down the road. Still too early to speculate the result.
But the sheer size of it plus a right design from Day 1 makes it a high potential mall for success. There will be designated zones for thematic experience as well (if u see the mall layout). And well connected to busy highways with a large catchment of immediate neighbourhood residents, the large middle income populace of southern region and business owner population in neighbouring suburbs. Its nearest major competitor today Sunway Pyramid is "overflowing" in terms of visitors. The lacking here in BJC is the office population that will drive footfall for lunches during weekdays over the long run. When a mall increases rental rates, the chances are that the F&B outlets will have to do much more biz. The developer will be addressing this. Actually, it would be more interesting to see what is install for Aurora Place and Bukit Jalil City Signature Shop Offices. We will share you more exciting information when the time is right.
