The successful of township is also depending on either the master developer's willingness in invest on commercial property segments just like office, retail, hotel, mall and also some public amenities like school, education hub, medical institution, sport and recreational related building...

Not just selling double storey house and making profit from there...

Honestly speaking, Klang valley is still not up to the extend that ppl need to stay in Semenyih to enjoy landed house. rclxm9.gif

Previously, ppl brought Semenyih mostly because attracted by overall master plan.

That's also explained why small developer's will only launch after two tai kor shakehead.gif

If not because of SP Setia, not sure EcoMajestic residents need to wait how many years only can have some basic amenities..

EF collected 500 cheque ady
i went to their gallery, just walk in awhile saw SA sold 3 units
1 uncle n 2 aunties, no youngster

EF not good for ppl work in KL... but good for who want to retire and stay away from KL and those ppl who love to stay near natural...
