just some rich people wiling to pay " expensive " after developer clear the land, destroy the natural slope, plan some trees and bring some ballon ride, singer to sing, electric car to drive you around. market it kau kau.

in malaysia. location location location can be created by kau kau marketing.

DPC market very well and did very well
Empire recently did it extremely well recently.

that is why 95% majority are being poor with narrow minded.

it's time for eco to buy more cheap land in rural area somewhere in other states baling kedah, ulu tembeling pahang, gerik perak, gua musang or even sarawak n develop into new township. Eco fansi sure will follow u good economy for the states as well.

But tikaram kor never buy DPC or Ecoworld product yet in the top 1% of society.
