Later i found out less than 50% actually signed spa....much less than 50%......cant remember the % ...therefore cant quote here.

Have to be watchful they are not just delivering as per SPA ... This is kind of their standard answer when challenged by residents on the discrepancies found .... They hold no responsibility on the illustration made in marketing materials

But as per their recent marketing tagline - The Best Is Yet To Come, hopefully they will learn from the mistakes made at earlier phases and deliver the best for buyers.

May be those potential buyers are waiting to ask the Feng Shui consultant which area is better for buy-in - EM or EF, before they make up their mind
