Even not so rich people also willing to pay "overprice" for a property after developer clear the land which is next to industrial area, dig a lake, plant some trees/grass in not structured manner, put a private school in some shoplot mah..

The buyer also bluff around how good the is the project and the environment (surrounding by industrial and housing, can't even see a mountain around) and pay RM 20 ask bangla (personally think very cheapskate lah) take pictures on this project and show to people how beautiful of the pictures tim...

Everyone also know that project is for xin kah stay one, the most overprice kaw kaw project tim....

So, any problem meh?

Better name it as Kesuma (coz near to bandar tasik kesuma), otherwise the famous quote "kesuma is kesuma, beranang is beranang, kesuma is not in beranang" will come out again.....

So? Alam Impian, kota kemuning location is much better than abang botak/klang as well... So abang botak and klang cannot develop?

Puchong used to rubbish dump lake area too... Now if got 1000 sqf condo with facilities sell below 500k in puchong you will say fairly cheap...

Terrible move. Without the connecting road to Bandar Tasik Kesuma / Pelangi Semenyih 2, Eco Forrest shall be isolated and far away from any possible ammenities in Semenyih. They only can tap into Broga commercial which is very very limited, as Broga people still need to come out to Semenyih town for commercial needs. People will will buy this place for homestay, buy there are already sufficient homestay in Broga. Unless there is some big game changer that we are yet to aware, otherwise this place shall need a super long time for developement. Don't fancy anything about rental to Nottingham student, there are plenty of better choices available, which is much nearer to the campus.

I won't be surprise Eco Forrest shall be the worst EW's project in KV if they abort the connecting road as planned originally. Another Goodview Height project in the making..

Traffic significantly improved... However during peak hour, the road from Maybank Semenyih sentral till Kiara Plaza still will jam due to heavy traffic. Nothing much can be done due to the horrendous number traffic lights along the route..

Nonetheless, from EcoForrest to Jalan Semenyih junction is about 7km and almost zero amenities in the vicinity, this will totally a joke for a project by a township developer call EcoWorld..

If not mistaken, near to diamond city one is U-city GRR apartment. Sempurna height is near to EcoForest instead, somewhere after the Nottingham uni I presume.

If not mistaken the land purchase deal of Eco Forrest and Eco Grandeur in Ijok is about the same time. EG already launched long time with even sales gallery ready?

SEH 1 land deal was at end of 2011, by end of 2013 already have the launching with show village and sales gallery ready also woh..

Must have some "alternative" methods I presume...

As far as I can see, EW never keep their landbank more than 2 years, almost every land under EW already have been launched for some project at the moment.

I also believe this is the site, although it is slightly at different location compare to the info published by EW about the location of the EF.

Wait until Sempurna Heights location revealed, then only can 100% confirm the location of the site..
