EF not good for ppl work in KL... but good for who want to retire and stay away from KL and those ppl who love to stay near natural...

imo, EW should not sell the units with this huge 30% discount (although i doubt EW did it)... this action will ruin their reputation as a "world class developer"... who want to buy from them next time for first phase when the land is just empty without any amenities... first day buyer need to tanggung the risk if the project fail... now they sell the units with huge 30% discount after 2 years... it just make the first day buyer feel not good, their purchase considered has depreciated a few hundred K before the unit is VP...
