Very common 4 developers 2 launch diff phases 1 after d other at diff townships 2 cater 2 diff needs n suit diff market conditions at d time unless its a small developer wth 1 single project

Ya mkh got a few projects within mpkj like kajang east, ps2, hillpark etc all have diff launches n they dont launch all phases in a single project b4 launching d new phase in nxt project. No developer will b so stupid 2 launch all phases in a project b4 concentrating on nxt project as they cant leave d land idle 2 long due 2 high holding cost

Ya uems n sp setia should jv to expand the trunk road d problem is whether they are willng to do so. Uems is building the roundabout now at sh. What I heard is setia may build another road to kls hway since it's diff to expand the trunk road
