I requsted many times for upgrade (over 1 month) but still not rcvd any feedback / call from Maxis

How did you guys get upgrade very fast?

I did contact Maxis via Livechat, Online Application, Tweet and Call...

My already upgrade on 14 sept for two account, one router already change on that day, another will change on next week

They take back your old router?

I have to wait next Thursday to change router, actually is on Monday but I was not around there

Maxis are not supposed to take the router. The router is our property after 1 year warranty period as per contract.

Update firmware and hard reset everything.

The existing router is ours. We don't have to return it. It's still good for back up, 90+mbps over LAN connection and slightly under 40+mbps over 2.4G WiFi.

Me too, now use 3yrs old tplink with openwrt

Waiting maxis to replace

That's why i log to maxis n wait them come to replace
My prob internet will lost once on everyday
So need to restart tplink then ok

100mbps plan got installed yesterday afternoon, getting 100down and 50up.

Today morning DL and ul limited to 30

On hold 20 mins still no pick up 😡

Restarting didn't work. Got through maxis they said their side might have a problem. Annoyed that suddenly drop speed.

finally Maxis will send their actual 'technical' team to troubleshoot the 20MB upload issue..

according to TM they have already changed the profile - the Maxis technical team suspect it is the BTU issue ...

how to get 30mbps upgrade?

already register at maxis website months ago, still no news from them

My 5G coverage is not bad. Could still get 90down/50up near kitchen & 2nd floor while 2 other devices are streaming on 2.4G.

Yesterday I change from Unifi 100 to Maxis 100, all new equipment used because I gave back the old modem back to TM

So far happy with Maxis. In fact, the speed is higher than Unifi and YouTube plays more smoothly.
