I just call maxis ask when my speed will upgrade, they say wait for 7 days, now still in processing. too many user upgrade.

got the new router on 12/9, just now account got updated to 100mbps. tonight can run pubg update finally.

#sidenote, does WOW returns to 100ms latency lately?

Maxis just call me to remind me installation on 20th.

I call to Maxis CS to upgrade my speed to 100mbps at 3pm, they promise me to upgrade within 48 hour but one hour later, my speed already upgrade for my both account, just another account have to wait them call to make appointment to change the router

tested voip on moto dect phone, its working. (need enable on quick setup if voice sip account blank)
